How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel subscription by contacting support. In some of the longer plans, canceling will cost you a fee depending on the plan you are subscribed to.
How much does shipping cost?
If you reside in the United States, shipping will be free. However, international locations there will be a shipping cost of $12.45.
If I order a box after the first week of the month will I receive my box the following month on that month’s first day or will I be able to receive it earlier?
You will receive it on the first day of the following month since our schedule is consistent and we wish to maintain organization in delivery.
